I just got done listening to the podcast with Coach Dom & it was fantastic! Lots of really great topics covered and I enjoyed hearing his perspective as a PPSL coach and administrator with experience and history in youth sports, and also being a JV/V coach at SHC (not to mention athlete himself). A lot of what he shared really resonated and is insightful to how we look at youth sports—across schools, community leagues, competitive travel play and how it plays into hs & college pursuits.
